There are 3 levels of permissions that can be assigned on the Entity Access Control list.

• ADMIN - Update the Entity Access Control list for this entity. Also granted WRITE and READ.
• WRITE - Create, update, and delete tiddlers. Also granted READ.
• READ - List and read tiddlers.

The Entity Owner and the site admins have full permissions over the entity.
